ECOFLOW STORE NEW ZEALAND BONUS SOLAR PROMOTION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
WHO CAN ENTER?
- This offer is open to residents of New Zealand. It excludes employees, agents, participating retailers, or anyone professionally connected to this promotion.
PROMOTION PERIOD
- The “EcoFlow Bonus Solar” Promotion runs from 12.00am 4th November 2026 until 11.59pm 17th November 2026 (Promotion Period), or until stock runs out.
- The promotion is only valid for purchases of selected EcoFlow products (listed below as Eligible Products). These must be purchased brand-new during the Promotion Period from https://ecoflowstore.co.nz/ or from the Authorised EcoFlow resellers listed at https://ecoflowstore.co.nz/pages/contact. Purchases made from any non-authorised retailer or grey-importer are ineligible for this offer.
- Claims must be received by 11.59pm on 1st December 2026.
- A full list of participating Authorised EcoFlow resellers can be found at https://ecoflowstore.co.nz/pages/contact.
- Not all Eligible Products may be available at all participating resellers. Contact your reseller for more information.
- Bonus products must be claimed by filling in the redemption form at https://ecoflowstore.co.nz/pages/claim-your-bonus-solar-panel. Proof of purchase is required when submitting a claim.
- Please allow up to 15 working days to receive your bonus product. We can only ship bonus products to New Zealand addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
- Qualifying purchases (made during the Promotion Period) of an EcoFlow RIVER 3 (UPS) will receive a bonus EcoFlow Power Hat, via redemption.
- Qualifying purchases (made during the Promotion Period) of an EcoFlow RIVER 3 Plus will receive a bonus EcoFlow 45W Solar Panel (Type-C), via redemption.
- Qualifying purchases (made during the Promotion Period) of an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Plus or DELTA 3 1500 will receive a bonus EcoFlow 160W Lightweight Solar Panel, via redemption.
- Qualifying purchases (made during the Promotion Period) of an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Max Plus will receive a bonus EcoFlow 220W Lightweight Solar Panel, via redemption.
- Qualifying purchases (made during the Promotion Period) of an EcoFlow DELTA 3 Ultra Plus or DELTA Pro 3 will receive a bonus EcoFlow 400W Lightweight Solar Panel, via redemption.
GENERAL TERMS
Any right to receive the bonus gift in connection with this Promotion is personal to the relevant customer. It cannot be assigned, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other products, and can only be redeemed through the Promoter.
Some of the products listed above as Eligible Products are only available as a “Special Order” at some participating resellers.
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected mail. It also accepts no responsibility for any failure to receive a bonus claim as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind on the internet or any website.
Any tax liability that may arise as a result of any claim is the sole responsibility of the relevant customer.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature, however caused or sustained by any customer, in relation to this promotion.
The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to fulfil the promotion, or to satisfy any of these Terms and Conditions, owing to circumstances reasonably beyond its control.
This promotion is intended for end-user purchases only. Commercial or trade bulk orders are excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of redemption entries. It may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the exclusive right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, without notice.
