Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at EcoFlow New Zealand. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• New Products:
  You have 7 calendar days from the date of receiving a new product to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  If the payment was made via Afterpay or PayPal and the order is cancelled, an additional 5% transaction fee will also be deducted.
• Used Products:
  We do not accept returns on used products. Only new, unused items are eligible for return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
• We will initiate a refund using your original payment method if your return is approved. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days to arrange an exchange. We will replace the item as soon as possible, free of charge.

Repairs

• Products with problems can be returned for repair within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for providing return shipping. Once the repair is complete, we will return the item to you promptly.
• EcoFlow New Zealand accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit. For all returned product(s), you must maintain a copy of the proof of delivery or consignment information to confirm delivery in case of future queries.
• Your personal information will be used via our Privacy Policy to process your refund or return.
